Abdominal lymphoma - sandwich sign

Presentation

Abdominal pain

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Multiple retrocrural, mesenteric and retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy surround but do not occlude the mesenteric vessels and displace bowel loops but do not occlude them. 

Hepatosplenomegaly.

Right renal simple cortical cyst.

Aorto-iliac atherosclerotic calcification.
