The right subclavian artery is arising from the arch of aorta directly posterior to the esophagus.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are consistent with aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) that is the most common aortic arch anomaly.
The patient also has a shared origin of the right and left common carotid arteries.
