There is an aberrant right subclavian artery arising from the distal left aortic arch and coursing behind both trachea and esophagus.
Incidental right breast nodule is noted (ultrasound and mammography were requested).
Case Discussion
Aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA), also called arteria lusoria is one of the commonest of the aortic arch anomalies. Often asymptomatic, but may be symptomatic in around 10% of people.
