Aberrant right subclavian artery

The right subclavian artery is arising from the arch of aorta directly posterior to the esophagus, inferring an aberrant right subclavian artery.
In addition, a few small calcified nodules less than 4 mm are seen in both lungs. There are also several atelectatic bands scattered bilaterally.
Case Discussion
An aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) is the most common aortic arch anomaly which is often asymptomatic, but some people may complain of tracheo-esophageal symptoms such as dysphagia.
