Non-specific right flank pain

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Mild right hydronephrosis.

Two parallel linear filling defects are seen in the region of the right ureteropelvic junction and proximal ureter, which suggest a vessel aberrantly crossing in close relation to the ureter.

Case Discussion

Intravenous urography shows mild hydronephrosis due to impression by aberrant renal vessels.
