Patient presented for CT chest as a part of metastatic work up.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Vascular structure is seen ascending behind and to the left of thoracic aorta, reaching upwards to drain into left brachio-cephalic vein (white arrows). Right sided azygous lobe and fissure are also noted.
