Multiloculted and lobulated cystic lesion measuring about 2.4 x 1.5 x 1 cm overlying the lateral aspect of the right acetabular roof. Superior labral tear underlying the mentioned cyst is seen mainly on sagittal PD fs images.
There is mild soft tissue edema around the mentioned cyst.
A small benign-looking bony lesion is seen in the intertrochanteric region of the right femur.
No hip joint effusion. Normal bone marrow signal.
