ACL mucoid degeneration

The ACL appears diffusely bulky and shows patchy hyperintense signal seen on the PD fat sat images in the course of anterior cruciate ligament alternating with its normal hypointense fibers (celery stalk appearance). The normal continuity ACL is visualized.
