Left pontocerebellar corner, a mass with a lateral shift in the brainstem, associated with the cranial nerve 8, extending into the inner ear (intercanalicular extension). The appearance is like that of an ice-cream. It is 15x20 mm size, heterogeneous with significant contrast enhancement.
The only finding as objective in the case was hearing loss in the left ear at audiometry. Other neurological examinations were normal.
