Left cerebellopontine mass with low signal on T1, high signal on T2 and FLAIR with avid enhancement on the post contrast study. It extends into the internal auditory canal (intracanalicular extension) and compresses the adjacent brain stem. It measures 22x28x18 mm. Normal signal and course of right 8th cranial nerve.
