Sensorineural hearing loss.

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

There is a large enhancing right cerebellopontine angle mass with central hypodensity suggestive of cystic change. It is associated with widening of the internal auditory canal. It is indenting the right side of brainstem with compression of the 4th ventricle.
