Lateral skull view demonstrated thickening of the scalp, vault prognathism and coarse facial features and an enlarged pituitary fossa.
Increased heel pad thickness (34 mm).
Vertebral bodies increased A-P dimensions.

Selected images from a CT of the brain demonstrate a hyperdense and enhancing mass in the sella with snowman-shaped suprasellar extension.
Paranasal sinuses are also hyperpneumatised.
