Symptomatic right AC joint shows capsular bulge due to synovial thickening along with hypervascularity.
Asymptomatic AC joint is normal.
Cuff was normal ( Image not uploaded ).
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with synovial thickening along with hypervascularity favor synovitis which become more obvious when compared to asymptomatic side.
