Right acromioclavicular joint injury. The coracoclavicular distance on the right is more than double that on the left.

Case Discussion

Comparison views are very useful when assessing for acromioclavicular joint injuries, with asymmetry important in deciding whether an injury is present but it also helps in the classification of those injuries.
