Findings was changed:

Hepatobiliary ultrasound demonstratedemonstrates marked thickening of the gallbladder wall ( 0(0.9 cm), no gallstones were demonstrated. The CBD was not dilated. Pancreas and liver were unremarkable (not shown). Positive Murphy's sign during the examination.
