Presentation

Right iliac fossa pain, nausea, vomiting, and fever.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

A blind-ending non-compressible tubular structure was noted in the right iliac fossa showing mural vascularity and surrounding fat infiltration. It measured approximately 9mm in diameter.
