In the RLQ, the appendix is visible; it is 9-10 mm in diameter; around it, there is a little amount of free fluid and fatty infiltration.
Case Discussion
Typical appearance of acute appendicitis with ultrasound, dilated (>6mm) appendix, free fluid around it, and fatty infiltration are seen. The operation was done, acute appendicitis was confirmed.
