Acute maxillary sinusitis

Presentation

Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Partial opacification of the maxillary sinuses with air-fluid levels are seen bilaterally.

Right frontal sinus is not pneumatized. The other paranasal sinuses are unremarkable.

Nasal septum appears normal.
