Right-sided weakness

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

The left tempro-parietal cortical and subcortical regions are hypodense with mass effect upon the left lateral ventricle and contralateral midline shift. Abnormal increased density of the left middle cerebral artery. Findings are suggestive of proximal left middle cerebral artery infarct.
