Acute necrotizing pancreatitis (gross pathology)

Acute necrotizing biliary pancreatitis. The patient had history of acute cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. There is hemorrhagic, black-brown necrosis of the pancreatic parenchyma and peripancreatic fat.
