Acute otomastoiditis with retroauricular abscess

Opacification of the right mastoid air cells and middle ear cavity with cortical defect of the lateral mastoid wall communicating with a retroauricular fluid collection (measuring 45 x 35 x 20 mm) with peripheral enhancement. The cerebral venous sinuses are patent. No adjacent subdural empyema is seen.
