  • Mild pharyngomucosal inflammatory changes predominantly in palatine tonsils. No collections were observed.
  • Parapharyngeal and prevertebral spaces without alterations.
  • Masticator spaces of normal characteristics.
  • Submandibular and parotid glands without focal lesions.
  • Main vascular structures of the neck permeable.
  • Tongue and floor of the mouth without evident alterations.
  • Normal size thyroid with bilateral focal lesions of greater size on the left.
