- Mild pharyngomucosal inflammatory changes predominantly in palatine tonsils. No collections were observed.
- Parapharyngeal and prevertebral spaces without alterations.
- Masticator spaces of normal characteristics.
- Submandibular and parotid glands without focal lesions.
- Main vascular structures of the neck permeable.
- Tongue and floor of the mouth without evident alterations.
- Normal size thyroid with bilateral focal lesions of greater size on the left.

This case shows acute tonsilitis
