Presentation

Pain and swelling in the left leg.

Patient Data

Age: 19 years
Gender: Male
mri

Fairly large well defined cystic and solid lesion involving the mid shaft of left tibia. Cortical break and sclerosis is seen in the anterior aspect of lesion. Significant soft tissue components in the anterior aspect of left  proximal and mid leg. The lesion shows internal hemorrhagic components and  fluid-hemorrhagic layering in both intramedullary and soft tissue components.

Biopsy proven case of adamantinoma of left tibia showing predominant cystic components with extensive soft tissue components and fluid-hemorrhagic layering involving mid shaft of left tibia.
