Adductor longus tendon tear

Partial tear of right adductor longus tendon is seen with mild retraction of torn fibers.
Bilateral rectus femoris tendinosis seen with small partial tears.
Old fracture of left femoral neck seen (not known).
Lobulated lesion is seen in left femoral metaphysis which possibly represents enchondroma.
Case Discussion
Partial tear of the right adductor longus tendon with mild retraction of fibers. Clinically, he had right adductor tenderness and pain, which are explained by the imaging findings.
