Multiple comet tail artifacts are seen arising from the gall bladder walls.
There is a large stone (echogenic focus with posterior shadowing) near the gall bladder fundus.
Case Discussion
Gallbladder Adenomyomatosis is a benign entity characterized by hyperplastic cholecystosis of the gallbladder wall. It can be associated with gallstones as in current cases.
