Incidental finding in the context of upper abdominal pain with repeatedly elevated pancreatic enzymes.

Case Discussion

Typical finding of fundal adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder is intramural enlargement of the Rokitansky-Aschhoff sinuses, similar to diverticula. This has been termed the pearl necklace sign.
