Thick-slice projectional MRCP showing multiple fluid-filled, enlarged Rokitansky-Aschhoff sinuses in the fundus of the gallbladder.
Case Discussion
Typical finding of fundal adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder is intramural enlargement of the Rokitansky-Aschhoff sinuses, similar to diverticula. This has been termed the pearl necklace sign.
