Adrenal hemorrhage

A 95×65×55 mm well-defined oval shaped lesion with mean density of 60 HU and focal rim enhancement is noted at right adrenal gland, which causes downward shift of right kidney. Perilesional, right perinephric, and pericolic fat stranding and free fluid are seen. The left adrenal gland is enlarged.
The left kidney is smaller than normal and there is a 50 mm simple cortical cyst at superoposterior aspect of left kidney.

Features on CT scan compatible with right adrenal hemorrhage with left adrenal hyperplasia.
