Presentation

Incidental adrenal lesion.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

Adrenal

Nodule in the right adrenal gland, measuring 30 x 22 x 30 mm, heterogeneous, with small foci of internal macroscopic fat and calcification. Stable compared back to scan 5 years ago. 

Normal appearance of the left adrenal gland.

Cystic structure in the body of the pancreas, measuring 20 x 10 x 10 mm. 

Infra-renal saccular abdominal aortic aneurysm measures up to 5.0 cm in diameter, similar to most recent CT (not shown).

Case Discussion

The right adrenal lesion is consistent with a myelolipoma, no further imaging follow-up is required.
