Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

There is a low density lesion in the left adrenal gland measuring fat density.

IVC filter, splenomegaly, hardware in the spine and pelvic bones.

Also noted are multiple bilateral retroperitoneal low density lesions in the region of the lymph nodes.

Case Discussion

Patient underwent biopsy by interventional radiology and proved to be extra-adrenal myelolipoma. No further workup was performed as it is benign.
