Airway foreign body

Foreign body is noted in the right main bronchus.
Air trapping is noted in the right lung.
Some atelectatic changes are noted in the right middle lobe.
Case Discussion
The features are suggestive of an inhaled foreign body impacted at right main bronchus resulting in air trapping in the right lung. Patient's care taker reported that the child was eating walnut.
