Bilateral shoulder-neck pain. Known autosomal-dominant marble bone disease.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Signal loss (osteopetrosis) of the subchondral vertebral bodies, the arches, the articular, uncinate and spinous processes of the cervical spine with moderate spondylosis.
