Patient was scheduled for total knee prothesis.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

You can see an Alpine hunter's cap deformity of the patella (Wiberg Type V). 

The patella is approaching a single articular facet. 

Furthermore, there is a marked decrease in the depth of the trochlear sulcus.
