Lytic bone lesion in the inferior pubic ramus and ischial left identifies with an expansive aspect with septa on the inside and some formation of fluid-fluid levels. It has well-defined margins and partially sclerotic and measures approximately 4.5 x 2.9 x 8.3 cm in their major axes.
There are some areas of the cortical interruption in its inferolateral aspect without periosteal reaction. Not observed associated soft tissue masses or other abnormalities of adjacent adipose tissue. The physis at this level is thick.
Preserved bone density. No signs of bone injury traumatic. Groups visible muscle attenuation coefficient and normal thickness.
Case Discussion
Septate and expansive lytic lesion located in the left inferior pubic region. Within the differential diagnosis first possibility considered aneurysmal bone cyst.
