Angiomyolipoma (large, hemorrhagic)

The patient has multiple small fatty tumors (angiomyolipoma) in both kidneys with a huge lesion on the right measuring up to 25 cm in diameter. This lesion has spontaneously bled with contrast extravasation on the arterial phase from grossly abnormal arteries that are beaded and contain small aneurysms. No past history of tuberous sclerosis.
