CT scan shows pancreatic tissue that surrounds almost completely the second part of duodenum. There is no peripancreatic nodule or mass.

Case Discussion

This case shows an incomplete annular pancreas, a morphological anomaly which can cause duodenal obstruction. The patient on this case has no gastrointestinal complaints.
