Presentation

Road traffic accident - 48 hrs. Trauma to left iliac fossa region. On examination - Bluish discoloration of skin with lump in anterior abdominal wall locally.

ultrasound

Subcutaneous collection within the left anterior abdominal wall subcutaneous layer. This collection is heterogeneous in echogenicity corresponds with blood products.

Case Discussion

HIstory and examination suggest diagnosis of hematoma.

USG localized the hematoma in subcutaneous plane.
