Anterior cruciate ligament tear - O'Donoghue unhappy triad

Full thickness tear of ACL, horizontal tear in posterior horn of the medial meniscus and sprain/tear of medial collateral ligament. Features are consistent with O'Donoghue unhappy triad.
Bone contusion of lateral femoral condyle with contusion of lateral tibial plateua suggesting pivot shift mechanism of injury.
Case Discussion
The O'Donoghue unhappy triad consists of an anterior cruciate ligament tear, medial meniscus tear and medial collateral ligament sprain/tear.
