Presentation

Kicked a ball and had right groin pain and difficulty mobilizing since. Fracture or SUFE?

Patient Data

Age: 13 years
Gender: Male

Avulsion and fragmentation of the right anterior inferior iliac spine at the insertion of the right rectus femoris muscle.

No signs of SUFE.
