Undisplaced fracture of the anterior nasal spine. Adjacent locules suggest it is an open fracture.

Case Discussion

The anterior nasal spine is a feature of the maxilla, and projects anteriorly in the midline at the level of the nares. Fractures of the anterior nasal spine are rare.
