The humeral head is dislocated anterior to the glenoid cavity. A large fracture fragment from the humeral head involving the greater tuberosity is displaced laterally. No definite Hill-Sachs fracture or bony Bankart lesion. The widened AC joint is longstanding.
Case Discussion
An atypical anterior dislocation case where a large fracture fragment from the posterolateral humeral head, including the great tuberosity, is left behind in the glenoid.
