Presentation

A case of trauma and history of surgery.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

A large abnormal cavity with central early arterial intense opacification and peripheral non-enhancing components in the anterior aspect of the right leg lateral to the right tibia -at the level on midshaft- measuring 7 x 4.2 cm x 5 cm in CC, TR, and AP dimensions. This large cavity is communicating with the anterior tibial artery. 

Rest of the arteries are normal.
