Describe the right shoulder finding. What surgery did the patient have?
There is a temporary right shoulder antibiotic spacer. Previous right rotator cuff surgery complicated by infection. This surgery is done before interval shoulder arthroplasty.
There is a left PICC line catheter.

There is a cement-impregnated antibiotic spacer. This is most likely used temporarily for infected joints before joint replacement a few weeks later.
