 A polypoid lesion is seen arising from the left maxillary sinus and extending into the choana and nasopharynx, compatible with an antrochoanal polyp.

Case Discussion

Antrochoanal polyp is a solitary polyp that arises within the maxillary sinus and passes through and enlarges the sinus ostium or more commonly an accessory ostium.
