Bilateral leg claudication

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Occluded infra-renal aorta and both common iliac arteries.

Anterior collateral pathway (Winslow's pathway) via both inferior epigastric arteries.

Occlusion of inferior mesenteric artery, with collateral pathway via arc of Riolan.

Occluded left main renal artery with left renal infarct.

Markedly attenuated right external iliac artery.

Patent moderately attenuated left external iliac artery.

Patent both common, superficial and deep femoral arteries as well as popliteal and infra-popliteal leg arteries.
