Presentation

Increased head circumference.

Patient Data

Age: 2 years
Gender: Male
mri

Marked dilatation of the third and lateral ventricles with normal size, and configuration of the fourth ventricle. Mild periventricular interstitial edema is noted mainly around the occipital horns. The sagittal FIESTA sequence shows aqueductal stenosis (web or diaphragm).
