Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

 There is a small extra-axial cyst of the right cerebellopontine angles (CPA) measuring ( 25 x 20 x 15 mm) of CSF signal intensity on all sequences with no restricted diffusion, located below the facial/vestibulocochlear nerves and adjacent to the jugular foramen.
