There is a smooth concavity in the uterine fundus instead of more common straight or convex fundal contour. Both fallopian tubes are patent and of normal caliber with distalcontrast spillage in the peritoneum.
Case Discussion
Arcuate uterus is the most common and mild form of Mullertian duct anomaly. Arcuate uterus is typically associated with normal-term gestation.
