The BB indicates a palpable lesion where I work. The small well-defined density was palpable and the patient found it on self-exam. Mag view. It was small and hard.

Doppler showed a small AVM with lots of flow.
Case Discussion
A strange diagnosis to make in a young woman with no previous surgery or invasive injury. A small AVM high up in the right breast which felt like a small BB in the breast.
If you do breast ultrasound it helps to take a peek with Doppler.
Etiology unknown.
