There is abscence of Fetal limb movements.
- Lower limb -- There is fixed extension deformity at bilateral hip and knee.
--There is bilateral varus deformity of foot.
- Upper limb -- Bilateral shoulder are in adducted position.
-- There is fixed flexion defomity at bilateral elbow.
-- There is fixed flexion deformity of Bilateral wrist.
Odema is noted in scalp and nape of neck.
