Presentation

Case of Infertility. Previous history of missed abortion with D & C.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Narrow and distorted uterine cavity with irregular filling defects. No obvious peritoneal spillage.

Intravasation of contrast into the venous system seen.

Case Discussion

Asherman syndrome is characterized by intrauterine adhesions or synechiae. On hysterosalpingography adhesions can be seen as linear intrauterine filling defects to narrow distorted cavity in severe cases.
